Order & Return Policy
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the total cost of the items ordered, after the required shipping information is completed and saved in the Checkout screen.
When you supply your email address when you place your order we will send you a confirmation copy of your order. When your order ships, we will send a shipment confirmation along with the specific tracking information for your shipment.
Please print out a copy of the order confirmation page for your own records, as we are unable to provide copies of your order after it has shipped.
Freight charges are based on the total weight of the shipment (including packaging materials) and the method of shipment selected.
Import Duties and Additional Fees
When ordering from the site for delivery outside the United States, it may take between five and seven business days for the product to reach its destination. Also, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees that are levied once the package reaches your country.
We estimate these charges to be around 15% of the cost of the order but can range anywhere from 0% to 40% of the cost of your order. You, the importer of record, must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
All in-stock items on the site have a two-day availability. Standard shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where the order is to ship. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item 5 to 9 days after you place your order.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box.
Orders must be accompanied by a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). No C.O.D. orders will be accepted. Applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically after the required shipping information is completed. Prices are subject to change without notice. All items are sold separately unless otherwise indicated.
Incorrect credit card information will cancel your order. Always review the text boxes and verify that the information is correct. You will be required to re-enter a credit card number every time you order products. For your protection, the system does NOT retain this information.
All items are current at time of posting. Because of modifications made throughout the year, items may change without notification. The Reddaway Company Store will always offer the most current Reddaway-approved items.
Returned Goods Policy
Non-customized merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
